Official Rules of the Campaign

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility: The “20 Year Roof Giveaway” Giveaway (the “Campaign”) is open only to legal U.S. residents who: (i) complete and submit an entry form online; (ii) are age 18 or older as of the date of entry; and (iii) own a residential property (a) located in Williamson/Maury and Davidson County, Tennessee; (b) with a roof/roofing that is at least seven (7) years old or older; (c) that currently has existing shingles installed on the roof and no other roofing material(s) (e.g., metal, tile, cedar shake, etc.); and (d) is being entered for a residential roofing replacement. Renters of a residential property and commercial properties are not eligible. Employees of Professional Roofers, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Agreement to Rules: Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

  3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 04/01/2026 at 8:00 AM CST and ending 07/01/2026 at 11:59 PM CST, OR if an undisclosed threshold of applicants is met before this deadline, whichever comes first. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Campaign.

  4. How to Enter: Participants can visit the website at http://www.proroofersinc.com/20-year-roof-giveaway and fully complete the Entry Form by providing their first and last name, address of residential property, phone number, email address, and the age of the residential property’s roof. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, inappropriate, or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sponsor’s websites. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

  5. Limit: Participants may enter only once during the Campaign Period. Multiple entries submitted or received for the same residential property are subject to disqualification by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified.

  6. Prizes: Two (2) Prizes will be awarded in this Campaign. The winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive the “Grand Prize” of a Residential Roofing Replacement up to $15,000 USD (the “Approximate Retail Value” or “ARV”).

Included: Removal of one (1) layer of existing shingles, installation of synthetic underlayment, ice & water shield in valleys, new pipe boots, and installation of Owens Corning architectural shingles.
Excluded: Removal of any roofing material other than shingles (e.g., metal, tile, cedar shake, etc.). Structural repairs, rafter repairs, replacement of rotted decking/plywood (wood replacement will be billed at standard rates, if discovered), gutter replacement, skylight replacement, or detached structures (garages/sheds).
Overage: If the Winner’s roofing need(s) exceed(s) the ARV due to size or complexity, the Winner will be responsible for paying the difference. No cash difference will be awarded if the roofing replacement value is less than the ARV.

Five (5) “Runners Up” will also be chosen to receive a discount of 20% off a Roof Replacement. (Subject to the same conditions as the Grand Prize)

The Prizes are nontransferable. No substitution of the Prizes or transfer/assignment of the Prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Residential roofing replacement must occur within ninety (90) days of the Winner claiming the Grand Prize.

  7. Taxes: All costs, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes.

  8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

  9. Winner Selection and Notification: On 7/01/2026, (Dependent on applicant threshold being or not being met) Sponsor will select one (1) entry for the Prize in a random drawing from among all valid entries. The winning entrant/potential winner will be notified by telephone and email within five (5) days of the drawing. Sponsor shall have no liability for an entrant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, voicemail security settings, or incorrect information provided in the entry or contained in the online entry form. Failure to respond to the notification within 72 hours of notification will result in disqualification. In the event that a potential winner of the Campaign is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be five (5) alternate drawings after which the Prize will remain unawarded.
Prior to awarding any Prize, Sponsor in its sole discretion may require verification of the potential winner’s identification by a showing of valid government-issued photo identification and verification of an eligible residential property through publicly available records and other information. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Campaign and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

  10. Publicity: By participating in the Campaign, the Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the Winner’s name, photograph/portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, and public relations, without any further compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

  11. Entrant’s Personal Information: In connection with the Campaign entry process, Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants on its website. By participating, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of entrant’s personal data. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained on or within, shall become the sole property of Sponsor to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion.

  12. Campaign Changes: (Additional Terms) Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.

Existing Damage: Sponsor is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage to the residential property.
Insurance: The Prize cannot be combined with an insurance claim where doing so would violate Tennessee insurance fraud laws (e.g., Sponsor cannot “pay winner’s deductible”).

  13. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or (ii) the entrant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that a production, technical, programming or other error causes more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Campaign, or in the announcement of a prize; (ii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties, malfunctions, disconnections, other technical failures, telephone service outages, delays, dropped calls, or busy signals, or any other difficulties that may prevent an individual from sending or receiving an email or telephone call; (iii) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or late entries; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; or (v) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries.

  14. If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned by reason of an Act of God, disease, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, acts of government, infection by computer virus, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes, discovered or suspected by Sponsor, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, does or could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign, and/or provide alternative means of entry or any other changes to these contest rules that Sponsor deems appropriate under the circumstances. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds has tampered/to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by a person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of termination, suspension or modification of this Campaign, a notice will be posted online. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  15. Disputes: By participating, entrants agree that good faith efforts will be used to attempt to resolve any and all claims and disputes under or relating to a Campaign drawing. Any dispute or claim relating to a Campaign drawing, including but not limited to the interpretation thereof, the awarding or redemption of Prize, or enforceability or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be referred to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, which shall be the sole and exclusive forum for resolution and settlement of any dispute or claim between the parties. Any and all legal action, suit, arbitration, or other proceeding with respect to the Campaign will be resolved individually, without respect to any form of class or representative action. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages or attorney’s fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Campaign, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.

  16. Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be disregarded and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired; provided, however, that the parties agree to use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision and Sponsor’s fundamental intentions thereunder by a new legally valid provision.
