Do I Have To Pay Anything Up Front?

No, you only pay when the job is completed and you approve the roof completion and other roofing services. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction prior to payment.

What Happens If It Rains During The Roof Installation?

We will install your roof when the chance of rain is very low, no more than 30% chance of isolated rain. Our dedicated operations team will use their judgement to make the final call and keep you updated to the minute with their best decision. We remove shingles on individual slopes or gables one at a time to ensure we do not leave the roof exposed. The possibility of rain could slow down the work, however, this considerate touch ensures a higher quality finished product. In the event of rain, felt and tarp will cover any exposed areas. At night we will always dry-in your roof.

Once We Request A Quote, How Soon Will We Hear From Our Roof Contractors?

We always do our best to respond to your request within 24 hours. Once we receive your signed contract, we will immediately begin the process of ordering your materials, which are usually delivered the day before, or the morning of, your install.

How Can I Tell If I Have Hail/ Wind Damage On My Roof?

Do You Charge For An Inspection And Estimate?

How Long Will It Take To Re-Roof My House?

Typically our crews are matched with jobs to complete a roof system in one day. Depending on weather (heat, cold, & rain), installation could take 1-2 days.

What Type Of Warranty Do You Provide On A New/ Re- Roof?

We provide a formalized Workmanship Warranty on labor including interior painting and sheet rock repair due to any leaks and exterior roof repair. This warranty is paired along with your manufacturer material warranty.

Does Your Contractor Give You A Choice Of Shingle Brand?

We offer a variety of quality products from leading roofing manufacturers. Roofing will be installed according to shingle manufacturer requirements.

Does Your Contractor Have A Roofing Crew Leader And Supervisor/Foreman To Oversee Your Roofing Installation?

On every job, we assign an experienced crew leader and supervisor/foreman. The crew leader and supervisor will be part of the project from beginning through completion.

Our Trained Crew Will:

  • Install premium asphalt underlayment / felt material.
  • Inspect decking for proper installation of roofing
  • Install a minimum of six nails per shingle, no more than 5/8 inch from bottom edge of shingle and on top of water line, based on manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Make sure job site is clean at all times.
  • Use special tarps to cover landscape and AC units.
    Roll yard and driveway with magnetic roller for nail removal.
  • Insure proper intake and exhaust air vents to ensure enough proper attic ventilation.
  • Properly clean-out gutters.
    Maintain constant communication. When we come to your home, we will make sure you stay informed until the job is complete. You will get our personal touch.
