Typically our crews are matched with jobs to complete a roof system in one day. Depending on weather (heat, cold, & rain), installation could take 1-2 days.
- Install premium asphalt underlayment / felt material.
- Inspect decking for proper installation of roofing
- Install a minimum of six nails per shingle, no more than 5/8 inch from bottom edge of shingle and on top of water line, based on manufacturer’s specifications.
- Make sure job site is clean at all times.
- Use special tarps to cover landscape and AC units.
- Roll yard and driveway with magnetic roller for nail removal.
- Insure proper intake and exhaust air vents to ensure enough proper attic ventilation.
