Typically our crews are matched with jobs to complete a roof system in one day. Depending on weather (heat, cold, & rain), installation could take 1-2 days.

  • Install premium asphalt underlayment / felt material.
  • Inspect decking for proper installation of roofing
  • Install a minimum of six nails per shingle, no more than 5/8 inch from bottom edge of shingle and on top of water line, based on manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Make sure job site is clean at all times.
  • Use special tarps to cover landscape and AC units.
  • Roll yard and driveway with magnetic roller for nail removal.
  • Insure proper intake and exhaust air vents to ensure enough proper attic ventilation.
  • Properly clean-out gutters.
  • Maintain constant communication. When we come to your home, we will make sure you stay informed until the job is complete. You will get our personal touch.

Roof Inspection

Roof inspections may seem daunting as you may not know exactly what’s going on up there but we always do our best to find the issues that matter and suggest the appropriate actions to take. During our inspection process, we will identify any areas of concern through photos, and help with deciding the next best steps forward, be it a repair, roof replacement, or insurance claim.

Roof Installation

During the roof installation process we will be in constant contact with you to make sure all your needs are met. All materials will be disposed of properly and clean up of your property will be of utmost importance after the installation is complete. Schedule Roof Replacement

SCHEDULE ROOF REPLACEMENT

Once you receive our proposal, choose your shingle color, and upgrade options, we will schedule your home’s roof replacement. Insurance will then release your first payment.

Final walkthrough

Final Walkthrough

After completion, we'll do a final walkthrough and make sure you are satisfied with clean up and to make sure everything went smoothly. All this will be done before any money is owed.

Proof of Completion

We'll send proof of completion to your insurance company for them to release supplement and depreciation for final payment. You will only have to pay your deductible unless you opt for upgrades.
