A) Repair and Maintenance Proposal:
Our maintenance involves the physical inspection of an existing roofing system to determine its current condition, detect weaknesses and failures, and identify potential future problems. Early detection of leaks and roof system failures makes it possible to repair and extend the life of a roof system through repair or restoration, which is significantly less expensive and time-consuming than re-roofing.

B) Roofer Restoration Proposal:
Extend the life of your current roof by another 10-15 years with several coating and rolled roofing options that maintain the roof’s integrity without requiring a full replacement.

C) Full Roof Replacement Proposal:
If needed, our experienced roofing contractors will evaluate your roof and determine the best course of action.

Once we’ve prioritized which buildings have the most damage or need replacement, we provide you with a customized prioritization layout of the work to be completed.

  6. Repair roof and take pictures for proof of completion and Property Mgt. files
  7. Follow up communication after job completed
  8. Submit invoice following Property Mgt. Company invoice process
  9. Full-time staff to address billing questions issues
  10. Provide Emergency Repair service as well as a final solution
  11. Present overall picture and solutions for roof replacement and prioritization
  12. Annual roof inspection of clients
