  7. Follow up communication after job completed
  8. Submit invoice following Property Mgt. Company invoice process
  9. Full time staff to address billing questions issues
  10. Provide Emergency Repair service as well as final solution
  11. Present overall picture and solutions for roof replacement and prioritization
  12. Annual roof inspection of clients
  13. Annual Maintenance Programs
