A) Repair and Maintenance Proposal for spot leaks and an ongoing game plan for maintenance. Maintenance involves the physical inspection of an existing roofing system to determine its current condition, detect weakness and failures and identify any potential future problems. Early detection of leaks and roof system failure makes it possible for the company to repair and extend the life of a roof system through repair or restoration, which is significantly less expensive and time-consuming than re-roofing.

B) Roofer Restoration Proposal which can extend the life of a current roof for another 10-15 years. There are several coating and rolled roofing options that can maintain the integrity of the roof without having to completely replace a roof – which can be expensive.

C) Full Roof Replacement Proposal if needed. An experienced roofing contractor should be able to evaluate your roof and determine the best course of action.

Once we’ve prioritized which buildings have the most damage or are in need of replacement, we will send you a customized prioritization layout of the work to be completed.

  5. The objective is to repair the roof at the time of visit following Property Mgt. Guidelines
  6. Repair roof and take pictures for proof of completion and Property Mgt. files
  7. Follow up communication after job completed
  8. Submit invoice following Property Mgt. Company invoice process
  9. Full-time staff to address billing questions issues
  10. Provide Emergency Repair service as well as a final solution
  11. Present overall picture and solutions for roof replacement and prioritization
  12. Annual roof inspection of clients
  13. Annual Maintenance Programs
